Insolvency Scam UK?

http://ift.tt/1gjBKEC Insolvency is a bad enough experience to go through at the best of times. Business owners can lose everything even if they think that they are protected by a limited company corporate veil. When a company appoints an Insolvency Practitioner they lose control over the situation and they lose control over how things can pan out. This can lead to HMRC pursuing Director's directly for outstanding company debt. Little wonder why so many people lose their home, cars and their families when their business goes insolvent when you have HMRC being allowed by the Courts to pursue you for debts that you thought had a limited company liability protection. Then add into the mix unscrupulous Insolvency practitioners and their alliances and practices. This video briefly identifies a potential Insolvency Scam. For the avoidance of any doubt, the definition of the word "Scam" is "Informal Dishonest Scheme". Where Kevin Lucas an Insolvency Practitioner with Lucas Johnson and Andrew Middleton a solicitor with Town's Needham involved in a Scam? You decide.
