Business Support Leaves Many Businesses Short
Quality business support is difficult to to get at the right time.
Often the right guidance and suggestions are offered but the business' management are so caught up in the day-to-day activities opportunities are missed and squandered. On many occasions the timing of the new insights are overlooked because business is in a tough trading period. Nevertheless, business owners seek help and then don't listen. Often the theme is "tell me what I want to hear and make me right". In these scenarios, and I have been one of these people myself in the past, regret can be a heavy chain around your neck.
So when is the best time to get information and powerful business insights?
Simply put, when you are prepared to listen and when you can leave a strong ego parked for a short while. Businesses suffer needlessly when people speak twice as much as they listen. Often people have developed a way of working that this routine becomes comfortable and comfort can take priority over results. Crazy but true.
