Andrew Middleton Towns Needham Review

http://ift.tt/1gjBKEC I met Andrew Middleton at a Charity's meeting between Kevin Lucas, Insolvency Practitioner of Lucas Johnson , Andrew Middleton of Towns Needham and the Charity's Trustees. I was there as it appeared that the liquidation was dragging on much longer than expected, fees had exploded beyond what was first quoted. Creditors were being treated like dirt and with the utmost of contempt. Get the picture? http://ift.tt/YiRWgx http://ift.tt/1v9e1eA Basic facts. This should be a Solvent Liquidation where the Assets of the Company get sold (namely the Mansion) and ALL the creditors get paid what is owed to them in FULL. Then the surplus cash is, by law, distributed to another charity. You can count the number of creditors on one set of hands. Should be Simple and straightforward. Well it is supposed to be that simple. However, when you have financial predators involved, namely Kevin Lucas and Andrew Middleton, things can be made complicated when they want to make some cash for themselves and their businesses. These Financial Predators' fees are approx £80,000 according to the last Liquidator's Progress Report. By the way, the Mansion was sold well under value at £280,000. http://ift.tt/1viRmM8 There are alternatives beyond what financial predators like Kevin Lucas and Andrew Middleton will let you believe.
