Andrew Middleton has now been accused by Guto Bebb MP (MP for Conwy) of multiple breaches of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Code of Conduct whilst working on the Liquidation of a Charity in North Wales. Should Kevin Lucas (Insolvency Practioner with Lucas Johnson) and Andrew Middleton face a thorough criminal investigation with regards to what went on with the Liquidation of Tyddyn Bach? I would argue so. Here is why. Tyddyn Bach had a handful of creditors and a property to sell, that is it. The fees that have been accumulated according to the Liquidators Progress Report filed at Companies House are approx £80,000. Yes, between Kevin Lucas and Andrew Middleton they have racked up a whopping £80,000 in fees butween them.... So you know, the main asset ( a mansion) was sold grossly under value at only £280,000.... Do we need to be Einstein here?

Is Kevin Lucas of Lucas Johnson part of dodgy dealings?

Kevin Lucas of Lucas Johnson hired a solicitor, namely, Andrew Middleton of Towns Needham. Andrew Middleton has now been accused by Guto Bebb MP (MP for Conwy) of multiple breaches of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Code of Conduct whilst working on the Liquidation of a Charity in North Wales. It is my belief that both Kevin Lucas and Andrew Middleton should face a thorough criminal investigation with regards to what went on with the Liquidation of Tyddyn Bach. Tyddyn Bach had a handful of creditors and a property to sell, that is all. Kevin Lucas of Lucas Johnson was introduced to a potential client by Andrew Middleton of Towns Needham. This introduction and subsequent liquidation generates an income in the region of £80,000 between this greedy pair.

How can you justify £80,000 worth of fees for a liquidation with less than 10 creditors and the selling of a Mansion, which subsequently gets sold for a fraction of it's value at only £280,000. 

No wonder the MP for Conwy, Guto Bebb, got involved and goes as far as accusing the solicitor, Andrew Middleton of  multiple breaches of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Code of Conduct.

It is not often you get an MP getting involved and accusing a solicitor of multiple breaches of
the Solicitors Regulation Authority Code of Conduct.

Well that is exactly what happened when an organisation went into liquidation. Guto Bebb, MP for Conwy has decided to seek answers to why Andrew Middleton and Kevin Lucas, of Lucas Johnson have fees in the region of £80,000 for a liquidation with a handful of creditors and only a property to sell.

Yes, you may have guessed the Mansion was sold grossly under valued at only £280,000!
